The engagement process follows from the initial consultation. This process includes a detailed data discovery and advice scoping process which enables us to clearly identify your goals, needs and objectives whilst developing a comprehensive understanding of your current state.

Following this discovery stage, we commence the assessment and development of strategic advice elements. Through this stage we undertake internal strategy modelling workshops to develop the financial models. In turn, this enables us to stress test various strategies and understand the benefit, risks and impact while ultimately identifying and mitigating any threats to your position.

At this stage, we will present you with a strategic modelling presentation for consideration. This presentation will include our best ideas and facilitate discussion to amend financial modelling based on your instructions.

Once the advice elements are agreed upon, we present the final strategic recommendation and advice document. During this process, all necessary application forms to implement and establish the advice are also prepared.
